The company Porada was established in 1968 by Luigi Allievi with the help of his 4 sons in order to expand the production of chairs, started in 1948, to other branches of the home furnishing. The Porada collection is the result of the proper combining of proper technological processes with the artisan tradition of this area. The first step towards the production of complement coincides with the collaboration with architects Alberio and Cerbaro, with M. Perego that gave birth to the "Line 91" and "Hoppo". The complement Porada has always been based on the use of solid wood that continues today combined with other materials such as steel, glass and plastics. It then becomes increasingly important the collaboration with architects such as Zappa & Marconato, Seveso & Trezzi, Gottein, leading to the realization of designer items and great functionality.
